أولا وقبل كل شيء أشكركم على استقبالكم لي و احترامكم لشخصي و على تزكيتكم لي. فتوقفكم عن العمل في ظروف جد صعبة و ذهابكم شخصيا إلى مقر السفارات و القنصليات من أجل تزكيتي، لعمل أعتز به، و كعهد بيني و بينكم لأمثلكم أحسن تمثيل.
فقرار ترشيحي في البرلمان الجزائري جاء منكم و نجاحي إن شاء الله سيكون بكم و ما أقوم به مستقبلا في البرلمان الجزائري سيكون إليكم و لخدمتكم، فشكرا كثيراً لكل واحد منكم على حدى.

كما أشكر جاليتنا مرة ثانية في دول آسيا و أوقيانوسيا الذي سبق لي و تشرفت بتمثيلكم في العهدة 2007 – 2012، فشكراً على دعمكم و مساندتكم و ثقتكم بي في الخمس سنوات الماضية (2007 – 2012)، و كما تعلمون لقد عملت بكل أمانة و صدق و بكل ما املك من طاقات علمية، فكرية، مهنية عالية و أخلاقية، للدفاع عنكم، و نقل كل انشغالاتكم و التي هي انشغالاتي، كل مشاكلكم و التي هي مشاكلي إلى البرلمان الجزائري، و المؤسسات الحكومية الأخرى، سواءًا في الجزائر العاصمة أو ولايات الجزائر العميقة بكل حرية و شفافية ، فحققت الكثير منها و البعض في طريق الانجاز إن شاء الله.
فخوض انتخابات تشريعية لتمثيلكم في البرلمان الجزائري كانت تجربة فريدة بعينها، جعلتموها أنتم تجربة انتخابية لا تنسى.

أذكركم أني قلت لكم بأن الانتخابات صعبة، ومهمتي بعد النجاح ستكون أصعب، بل تحديا حقٌيقٌيا، لكن بالعمل سويا سوف نصل معا إلى بر الأمان، وتحقٌيق ما نطلبه ونتمناه. فقد كان وجودي بالبرلمان الجزائري خمس سنوات تجربة رائعة، علمتني الكثٌير، وأصبحت اعرف كل الثغرات والطرق التي تؤدى إلى الدفاع عنكم بسرعة، فمداخلاتي المختلفة في جميع القوانين والمشاريع والتعديلات المتعددة جزء من نشاطاتي التي قمت بها ، وان انشغالات الجالية الجزائرية بالخارج كانت محور مداخلاتي ، وها أنا اليوم أمامكم وفى جعبتي ما حققته من مشاريع لكم ولأبنائكم فلكم الحق في الإطلاع على انجازات الخمس سنوات الماضية، وهذا لمن لم يتسنى له متابعتي منذ ماي 2007، فكانت صفحتي الإلكترونية .

Sisters and brothers members of the Algerian communities overseas “Arab World, Africa, Asia and Oceania”
First of all and beforehand, I want to thank you for the warm and respectful welcome you have demonstrated to me and cheering my candidacy to represent you. The fact that all of you have taken time from your professional as well as personal obligations to show your support at Consulates and Embassies make me so proud to be able to represent you the best I could.
My decision to be a candidate for the Algerian Parliament came from you, my success with the help of Allah will be achieved because of you and everything I will be doing shall be totally dedicated to serve you the best way possible. Once again THANK YOU for the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you.
Dear brothers and sisters:
I am so greatfull to our Fellow Algerians in Asia and Oceania whom I had the honor to serve and represent during my 2007-2012 mandate, I thank you again for your support, trust and help you have demonstrated on those five years. As you all know, I have worked with loyalty, honesty using all my energy, knowledge and moral values to defend and conveyed your concerns and preoccupations which are mine to the highest level of our government and parliament with total freedom and transparency either in Algiers and the 48 states (Wilayas) to the remote areas of our great nation. With my faith and the help of Allah I have fulfilled most of my obligations and promises eventhough some of those promises are being taken care of right now.
My candidacy to this particular Parliament election to represent you has been an exceptional experience and you have made it unforgettable.

Premièrement et avant toute chose, je tiens à vous remercier pour l’accueil et le respect que vous avez témoignés à mon égard et de m’avoir acclamé. Le fait de suspendre vos activités professionnelles et de vous déplacer en personne au niveau des ambassades et consulats afin de m’acclamer est une chose dont je suis fier, et cela représente une promesse entre nous pour que je représente de la meilleure manière.
Ma décision d’être candidat au Parlement algérien vient de vous, ma réussite, avec l’aide de Dieu, sera grâce à vous et tout ce que je ferai au Parlement algérien ne sera dédié que pour vous et pour vous servir. A chacun(e) d’entre vous un grand merci.

Je remercie encore une fois nos compatriotes en Asie et en Océanie que j’ai eu l’honneur de représenter durant mon mandat (2007 – 2012), je vous remercie pour votre appui, votre soutien et votre confiance durant ces cinq années. Ma présence dans le parlement algérien durant cinq années fut une expérience magnifique et enrichissante qui m’a tant appris, j’ai découvert les rouages et les moyens nécessaires afin de vous servir et vous défendre le plus rapidement et légalement possible. Algerians of Zone 6 have spoken.
As many of you have already heard, I have been elected to be your representative for the upcoming 5 years.
Thank you for your help, support, and trust. The past few weeks were challenging, sometimes exhausting, but at the same time fulfilling and magnificent. What an experience to strive to be your representative. You made it an unforgettable election.
I would like to thank all the Algerian communities in the entire zone 6 and all the Algerian Associations in the United States and Canada. Thank you for endorsing me through your many nomination signatures, for taking the time to meet with me, for welcoming me into your homes, for your many calls and emails of support all across Zone 6, for sharing my vision with your families and friends, and for showing your confidence in me through your votes.
I would like also to thank the other candidates, for their kind words and their democratic spirit. They truly raised the bar very high and made winning a challenge. I sincerely hope we will work together during my challenging mission to serve our community in Zone 6.
Although the election is over, there is much good work ahead. I am committed to represent Zone 6 with enthusiasm and with unwavering dedication.
The past few weeks I spent amongst all of you have confirmed how great our community is. By voting, we showed to the rest of the world how dedicated to democracy we are, no matter what were said and will still be said.
I always believed that we Algerians are special people. We are capable of wonders. I also believed that challenge has always been a driving force for us, and determination has and is our strength. I made it thanks to all of you.
Together we will nurture our young democracy, work for a better future for our children, and continue our quest for a strong, prosperous, and united Algeria.

انطلق صوت الجالية الجزائرية في المنطقة 6
وكما سمع الكثير منكم ، لقد تم انتخابي لتمثيلكم على مدى السنوات الخمس القادمة.
وأنني أشكر دعمكم ومساندتك وثقتكم بي. لقد كانت الأسابيع القليلة الماضية تحدياً حقيقياً ، بل وكانت في بعض الأحيان متعبة ولكن في الوقت ذاته كانت رائعة وناجحة. لقد كانت تجربة خوض الانتخابات لتمثيلكم تجربة فريدة جعلتوها أنتم تجربة انتخابية لا تنسى.
يسرني هنا أن أتقدم بالشكر إلى الجالية الجزائرية في أرجاء المنطقة السادسة وإلى جميع المؤسسات الجزائرية في الولايات المتحدة وكندا. أشكركم على دعمي من خلال توقيعكم، ولما بذلتم في سبيل لقائي، والترحيب بي في منازلكم وللعديد من المكالمات والرسائل الالكترونية الداعمة من جميع أنحاء المنطقة 6، وبالدرجة الأولى، مشاركتكم الرؤيا مع أسركم وأصدقائكم والأصوات التي دلت على ثقتكم التامة بي.

إن الأسابيع الماضية التي أمضيتها معكم، أكدت لي روعة مجتمعنا الجزائري. لقد أثبتنا للآخرين من خلال التصويت مدى التزامنا بالديمقراطية على الرغم من كل ما يقال وما سيقال عنا.
لقد كنت دوماً مؤمناً بأن الشعب الجزائري شعب يتمتع بميزات فريدة حقاً. شعب قادر على فعل المعجزات، وأنا على يقين بأن التحدي هو الحافز الأكبر لنا وأن جل قوتنا نستمدها مما نتمتع به من تصميم. فلكم جميعاً شكري.

La communauté Algérienne de la zone 6 s’est exprimée.
Comme vous le savez probablement déjà, j’ai été élu pour être votre représentant a l’Assemblée Nationale pour les cinq prochaines années.
J’aimerai, à cette occasion, vous exprimer mes plus chaleureux remerciements pour votre support et confiance. Ces quelques dernières semaines ont été tout autant éprouvantes qu’enrichissantes. Quelle magnifique expérience que celle de cette campagne!
Merci a toutes les différentes communautés d’Algériens de la zone 6 ainsi qu’à toutes les associations d’Algériens au Canada et aux Etats Unis. Merci a tous ceux qui m’ont sponsorise pour ces élections, qui m’ont accueilli chaleureusement chez eux. Merci pour innombrables messages qui n’ont cesse d’affluer de toutes les parties de la zone 6 et pour votre soutien au programme que j’ai soumis a votre sanction.
Je n’oublierai pas de remercier non plus, les autres candidats pour leurs propos aimables et leur attachement aux principes démocratiques. La qualité et la maturité du débat pré- électoral ont grandement bénéficie de leur participation au scrutin, et j’espère très sincèrement mettre leur contribution a œuvre pour résoudre les problèmes spécifiques de notre communauté dans la zone 6.
La clôture du scrutin électoral ne signifie pas pour autant la fin de nos efforts. Elle annonce en fait le commencement d’un travail de longue haleine pour lequel seront consacres toute mon énergie et mon enthousiasme.
Les quelques semaines passées auprès de vous ont largement confirme la grandeur de notre communauté, et votre participation au scrutin est la prévue irréfutable, s’il en fallait, de notre profond attachement aux valeurs de la démocratie.
Je n’ai, a aucun moment de ma vie, doute des capacités de notre peuple d’étonner et d’émerveiller. Notre détermination s’est toujours renforcée face aux difficultés et votre soutien lors de ces élections représente, une fois de plus, la justesse de ces convictions.
Ensemble, je vous invite a participer a la consolidation de notre jeune, mais vigoureuse démocratie, a la préparation d’un avenir encore meilleur pour nos enfants, ainsi qu’a l’édification d’une Algérie unie, prospère, et forte.
